GlobalEgMus web page: Statuette of a servant The statuette represents a standing man with his right pegged arm outstretched; his left arm is lowered, but originally it could be fixed in the same position. He wears a knee-long garment and a wig covering his ears. The body is painted red, the garment is white, the wig and eyes are black. This may be an image of a brewer stirring mash in a pot. Height= 12 (cm) Note Preservation: The surface is weathered, pigments are partly lost. | |
