| Tooley-1989 (p108): Beni Hasan. SAOS E6929. H.9.5 x W.32.7 x L.32 cms (plate 27:1-2). A square model with peaked corners (c. 30?). An open gateway is situated centrally in the front wall. Lining the 3 other walls originally, were 6 spherical, wheel thrown silos with square apertures cut in their fronts. When found the model was broken and 2 of the silos were missing (Garstang 1907a, 194-5, fig. 201). This model most closely resembles the Salamieh granary. | |
